1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging Moore Closing Power ("MCP," "we," "us," or "our") for transaction coordination services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Description of Services
MCP provides real estate transaction coordination services for agents, teams, and brokerages, including contract-to-close file management, deadline tracking, and communication support. Specific services, pricing, and scope for a given client are governed by a separate service agreement or partnership terms agreed to directly with MCP.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely, accurate transaction information and documents, for maintaining their own compliance with applicable real estate licensing law, and for reviewing all coordination work for accuracy. MCP is not a party to the underlying real estate transaction and does not provide legal, brokerage, or licensed real estate advice.
4. Fees & Payment
Fees for coordination services are set out in the applicable service agreement, invoice, or partnership terms provided to each client and are not restated on this page. Payment terms, due dates, and any overage or add-on charges are governed by that agreement.
5. Confidentiality
MCP treats client and transaction information as confidential and uses it only as necessary to provide services, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MCP's liability arising out of or related to its services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific file or period at issue. MCP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service relationship in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement. Fees earned for work performed prior to termination remain due.
8. Intellectual Property
The Moore Closing Method™, our website content, and related materials are the property of MCP and may not be copied or used without permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
